History Aur-Aree Food Product Co.,Ltd. is founded in 1995 to produce high-standard condiments from processed agricultural products. Our mission is to provide quality ingredients for food industry, hotels and restaurants, beginning from approaching domestic and overseas high-quality farms of produce such as garlic, onion, shallot, bird's eye chilli, cayenne pepper, etc., to ensure that fresh, quality ingredients will be handed directly to our customers. The agricultural products are then processed into condiments and spices under regulations and manufacturing processes that focus on safety and hygiene according to HACCP and GMP universal standards, to accommodate the demand of customers in food, hotels and restaurants, and trading industries. Awards – Our achievement To satisfy the demand for good and high-standard ingredients, Aur-Aree Food Product Co.,Ltd. has been continuously developing and improving our products until we received Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Codex and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) certifications in 2012. Furthermore, to accommodate halal consumers, and with determination of the management and all the staff, the company received halal certification from the Central Islamic Council of Thailand in 2015. We are ready to continue to pursue ISO 22000 certification and further. Production methods of Aur-Aree Food Product Co.,Ltd. Our experience in the production of condiments from processed agricultural products which are certified by universal standards including GMP (Codex), HACCP, and Halal, as well as the development of goods by qualified staff, have enable Aur-Aree Food Product Co.,Ltd. to create a wide range of products, such as: • Standard Products for Food Industry • Made to Order Products for Food Industry • OEM Products for Traders • Convenience food products for restaurants and households, namely “AREE” brand premium condiments, “PEPPERR-G” brand ready-to-eat seasoned garlic, as well as Thai-styled rice seasoning under “YAMU” brand. Moreover, our subsidiaries can also produce agricultural products to meet the demands of customers in food industry. Our products have a range of over 100 variations from fresh to dried produce including garlics, onions, chilli peppers, tamarinds, fresh vegetables, along with condiments such as fried garlic and onion, infused cooking oils, chilli flakes, pepper, spices, pickled chillies, dried and powdered vegetables.
